We want you to have a good online shopping experience and be stress free when buying from us. That’s why we don’t charge a lot for swimwear, or for shipping, and we don’t charge any restocking fees or any other stupid fees to the customer when they need to exchange or return something.
For RETURNS, we will refund your product amount and any taxes back to you as long as it’s within a month after your order (we’ve been getting returns almost a half year after the purchase date… seriously, who does that?). Simply include a copy of your receipt, write “Return” directly onto the receipt, reason for the return, and mail your suit with tags in tact to the mailing address above, to the attention of the: Returns and Exchanges Department. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
For EXCHANGES, we used to process exchanges manually, but the problem was swimwear would sell out by the time we could manually process the new suit for our customer, which sucked. And it took 2 weeks to do an exchange too. So now, we have a “buy new, return the other within 1 month” approach. It’s simple: Go online and purchase the suit you need, and we’ll ship it to you right away. Then with tags in tact, you need to return your old suit with a copy of your receipt with a note on it explaining what you’re returning and what you just purchased (order #), that way we can refund your shipping for the new order plus we will refund your old suit plus any taxes. Address the package to the attention of the Returns and Exchanges Dept and mail to the address above. Our suits are lightweight and ship inexpensively (recommend US Postal Service “First Class Mail”). .
For WARRANTIES ON STITCHING, our factories take pride in providing solid sewing construction, and will honor a six (6) month warranty on stitching. If you do ever bust a stitch, simply mail your suit to us at the shipping address above, along with a printed receipt, and write “Repair” directly onto your receipt. Allow a few weeks for the repair.
